Walter G. S. Holbrook Sr.

Walter George Sherman Holbrook, Sr., 65, was born in Evansville, IN on August 31, 1955, a son of the late Joyce (Brown) and Hershel Holbrook. Walter went home to glory on September 29, 2020 while at his home.
Walter had worked for American Resource Staffing as a driver transporting clients to their jobs. He was married to his high school sweetheart Mary Goines-Holbrook. Walter was well loved by his family and friends. He loved socializing with his friends at the Park , he never met a stranger. He enjoyed music, time in his man cave playing his video game and watching football and basketball.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife; Mary Holbrook, daughter; Meco Holbrook, four sons; Walter Holbrook Jr, .Marco Thomas, Brandon Holbrook and LaShaun W., two sisters; Ruby Brown and Rhonda Holbrook, 13 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday 5 to 7pm at Osborne Funeral Home.
