Walter Rodgers Brown, Jr.

Rev. Walter Rodgers Brown, Jr. made heaven his home January 15, 2022. He was a Morehouse College graduate, he began his ministry journey in 1972. During his career, Rev. Brown pastored multiple churches in Indiana and Mississippi. He co-pastored New Hope Missionary Baptist Church and founded New Horizon Baptist Church; he served on the Mayor's Commission of Human Relations and was a founding member of the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Jail Task Force.

There will be a public viewing, Sunday, January 23, 2022, from 3:00-6:00 PM at Osborne Funeral Home, 702 Gum Street, Evansville, IN.
