Ty'Anna Nyshae Greer, age 25, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2026, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Born on November 18, 2000, in Madisonville, Kentucky, Ty'Anna was the beloved daughter of Julius Greer and Cynthia Woods. From an early age, she had a vibrant personality, a beautiful smile, and a heart full of love for those closest to her.

Ty'Anna's greatest joy in life was being a mother. She was a loving, devoted, and caring mom who treasured every moment she spent with her children. They were the center of her world, and she took great pride in nurturing them, making memories, and surrounding them with love.

Family meant everything to Ty'Anna. She cherished the time she spent with her loved ones and was happiest when everyone was together. Her warm spirit, infectious laughter, and genuine love made every gathering brighter.

Ty'Anna also took great pride in her appearance. She loved doing her hair and getting dressed up, spending hours perfecting her look before sharing a selfie that reflected her confidence and beautiful smile. She was creative and talented, enjoying arts and crafts and using her hands to create unique projects. She also had a deep love for music and could often be found singing and dancing to her favorite songs. Her lively personality and joyful spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Although her time on earth was far too short, Ty'Anna leaves behind a lifetime of cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her beloved children, Jayceon Greer and Khay'ona Greer; her father, Julius Greer; her mother, Cynthia Woods; her sister, Re'Gala Browder; her grandmother, Edith Hall; and her special friend, Jafar Suggs. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever remember her love, kindness, and beautiful spirit.

Ty'Anna's love, laughter, and light will never be forgotten. Though she is no longer with us in body, her memory will live on through the lives she touched and the love she shared. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
