Shirley Elaine Agnew Crenshaw, 75 left this earthly home on Friday, June 6,2025 at Woodbridge Care Center in Evansville, Indiana. Shirley was born on May 12, 1950, In Henderson, Kentucky to George Hazelwood and Rosetta Agnew Hazelwood.
Shirley loved being with her family and will be deeply missed by them all.
She is preceded in death by her parents; George and Roseta Hazelwood, husband; George Crenshaw, brothers; Avon Taylor, George Hazelwood, sisters; Carolyn DeJarnett, and Elizabeth
Shirley leaves to cherish her memories to her children; Charles Hazelwood, Russell Crenshaw, Tina Hazelwood; brothers; James Hazelwood, Jerry Hazelwood, Robert Hazelwood, Roger Hazelwood, Kenneth Hazelwood, sisters; Patricia Harris, Barbara DeJarnett, and a host of grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
