Shelia Dawn Morris

Mrs. Sheila Dawn Morris, a devoted friend, loving mother, grandmother and skilled home renovator, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. Born on December 8, 1960, in Henderson, Kentucky, Sheila was the beloved daughter of Roy and Virginia Oliver.

Throughout her life, Sheila brought joy and warmth to those around her with her caring nature and dedication to her craft of home renovation. Her passion for animals was evident, by her frequent visits to the Humane Society and care for any animals that crossed her path. Sheila had a zest for travel, a love for camping, and found enjoyment in playing bingo.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, Roy and Virginia Oliver.
Sheila's memory will be cherished by her companion of over 20 years, David Fowler, her daughter, Jennifer Morris, son, Shawn Hudson, brother, Billy Oliver, sister, Sissy Oliver, and her four beloved grandchildren: Robvion Morris, Ro’Shionna Morris, Jen’ashia Morris, and Ja’ Varion Morris. In addition, she leaves behind a host of friends and extended family who will forever treasure her spirit.

Memorial services to honor the life of Mrs. Sheila Dawn Morris will be held at Osborne Funeral Home, with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 8, 2024, and Memorial ceremony to follow at 11:00 am Wednesday at Osborne Funeral home].
