Ronald Kelley, 77, of Evansville, Indiana passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021. Ronald was born in Evansville, Indiana on September 1, 1944 to the late Ellis and Vina Kelley. Ronald graduated from Lincoln High School in 1962and received his Bachelors of Education from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. Ronald was a retired educator with the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation with over forty (40) years of service teaching. He was a 70-year member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Ronald enjoyed playing golf and attending local athletic events. Ronald is survived by his wife of fifty-five (55) years, Earsie and his son Derek (Shawn) Kelley, and daughter Deidre Kelley Caldwell, and four grandchildren: Sierra Kelley, Isiah Kelley, Joni Caldwell and Kofi Caldwell.
Appreciation and thank you to the Deaconess Gateway Hospital Staff and Dr. Devabhaktuni, Dr. Sandu, all of the nurses and hospital staff who helped take care of Ronald.
In lieu of flowers and gifts the family is asking for donations to be made to Texas Southern University.

Visitation Sat,, Jan, 1st, 10 to 11:00 am with funeral to follow at 11:00 am at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
