Ms Regina Smallins

Regina was born in Evansville, IN on April 26, 1957, a daughter of Connie L Cash and the late Charles T Smallins. Regina passed away on September 27, at Pine Haven Nursing Center.
Regina loved to socialize with her friends. Her outgoing spirit and beautiful smile allowed her to never meet a stranger.
She dearly loved her" little" brother Mark. Her beautiful smile and spirit will be greatly missed.
Regina leaves to cherish many fond memories, her mother; Connie Cash and her brother ; Mark Cash. As well as a host of extended family and friends
She is also survived by a host of extended family and friends
