Ramona Joyce Hooper

Ramona Joyce "Mona" Hooper was born on June 10, 1954 in Megan, MS to the late Linda (Nicholson) and Roosevelt Hooper . On March 31, 2015 ,Ramona peacefully passed away at Columbia Nursing Home.
Mona loved the Lord and her family. Although she never had children of her own, her dog Pepper was her baby. Mona loved her nieces and nephews as though they were her own. Every time we order a strawberry milkshake Mona will be thought of fondly as that was her favorite treat.
Ramona is preceded in death by her parents and brother Roosevelt Hooper Jr.
Left to cherish her loving memories are brothers; Darryl (Lucille) Hooper of Braselton, GA, Clifton (Dorothy) Hooper of Evansville, IN , Kenneth Hooper of Pacoima CA and Mark (Lonnette) Hopper of Seaside CA, sisters; Bertha (Michael) Hooper-Vance of Evansville, IN , Precious of Marietta GA, Patricia Hooper of Marina CA, and Tynita Hooper of San Francisco, CA, special niece; Tyrona Hooper-Patterson(Ron) and her children, Marlon Waddell, Tyron Waddell, and Madison McNary, special nephews; Andre Hooper, James Riley , Gary Allen Robertson Jr. and Deago Hooper and nieces Rickisha Hathaway and Ca’Denna Hooper and a loving friend and companion Jimmy Thomas , as well as other extended family and friends
