Ramon Carter born January 27, 1927 sadly passed away at Brentwood Golden Living Center in Evansville, IN December 7, 2019. Ramon was born to the late Clarence and Gladys (Underwood) Carter in Indianapolis, IN. Over the years Ramon was employed as a Hospital Technician for the University of Illinois.
Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, bother; Clarence Carter Jr. and sister; Elizabeth Carter Payne.
Ramon is survived his great niece; Latrina Stewart as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A private service will be held.
