Patricia "Trish" Dawn Hardin - Lewis

Patricia Dawn Hardin Lewis, 56, born March 1, 1965 to Vada O'Neal in Clarksville, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior August 16, 2021 in Evansville, IN.
Patricia (affectionately known as "Trish") ran track and field in high school where she was athletically gifted as she was beautiful. She would later give birth to four children: Brittany, Timmy, Monique and Ty'Relle. She always busied herself with her children and family, but her devotion was to her 8 grandchildren. Trish was the tough-love type of mother in public but would bend to her children's every need in private. Her family was her life. Trish was the comfort that everyone sought and the strength that everyone needed. She leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
She is preceded on death by her son Ty'Relle Hardin.
Left to cherish Trish's beautiful memories are, her parents; Carl and Vada O'Neal, son; Timothy Hardin (Hoa Nguyen), daughters; Brittany Hardin, and Monique Hardin, brothers; Christopher Hardin (Anourack), and Stephen Hardin (Shelly), sisters; Kimberly Simmons, and Sonya Neal, 8 grandchildren, Life partner; Maurice Lewis as well as other extended family members and friends.
A walk-through visitation will be held Monday 10 am to 11 am with a private funeral (family & close friends only) to begin at 11 am at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. Osborne Funeral Home has been entrusted with final care.
