Norris Lee Handley was born February 3, 1934 to the late Leroy and Adella Handley. Norris passed away December 21, 2016 while at his home. Norris married his first wife Queen Ella Vaughn-Handley (who precedes him in death) and to this union 5 children were born.
Norris was a man of faith and was a member of Pleasant Hill Church in Hebberdsville, KY. Norris worked many years at Whirlpool Corporation and later started his own trucking business. He retired from Laborer's International Union.
He enjoyed life by hunting, fishing, grilling and working on automobiles and tractors. Until last year, farmers were still coming by asking him to work on their tractors.
Norris is also preceded in death by his parents, wife; Beulah Cabell-Handley and daughters; Phyllis Faye and Donna Kay Handley.
Norris will be cherished always by his daughters; Theresa (Joe) Stewart, Connie (Henry) Outlaw and Vickie Handley-Grant, son; Troy Handley-Williams, brothers; William and Albert Handley, grandchildren; Clay, Vashon, Bethany, Joey, Blake, Alex, DeAsia and Donte, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
