Mary Katherine Holland

Mary Katherine Holland was born June 11,1959 in Evansville, IN to the late Clarence and Roberta Holland. She departed this life on December 30,2016 at home.
Mary Katherine graduated from Central High School in 1979. She loved being around family, playing cards and hanging with friends. She was someone who never met a stranger and could always brighten your day. Some would say to know her is to love her she truly had a heart of gold. Mary Katherine cherished the time she spent with her family and friends and will be missed by many. She also enjoyed working her puzzle books
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Bobby DePriest and LaTroy Holland.
She leaves to cherish loving memories her daughters; Madeline Norman(Lester),Jamicka Martin (Kordarius), one son Michael Dortch Jr., Sisters Sara Cooper, Helen Holland, of Indianapolis, Dorman Holland of South Carolina, Joann Bronaugh of Hopkinsville ,KY and brothers Edward Holland and Greg Holland (Scherilla) both of Evansville grandchildren Deonte Morgan , Karmyia Morgan, Anika Cooper, Emmanuel Young, Ja'Marion Martin, Michael Dortch III, two special nephews Charles Cooper and Malcom DePriest . Special companion Billy Ellington, caregiver Mavis Ellington and a host of nieces, nephews ,cousins ,family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, 9 to 11:00 A.M. at Memorial Baptist Church with funeral to follow at 11:00. Osborne has final arrangement,.
