Marshall Clardy 73 of Evansville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday August 19, 2021 at the Linda White Hospice House.
Marshall was born on August 7, 1948, in Woodlawn, Tenn. He met the love of his life Karen while Managing Carver- Ridley Rollerdrome. He was a member of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church. He also was a member of Eboni Class of 66. Marshall retired from PPG Industries.
He was soft spoken and a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
His parents, Earl and Edna Mae Clardy, brother Milton and sister Ella Terry preceded him in death.
Marshall leaves loving and fond memories for his wife of 45 years Karen, children April (Joey) Goebel, Dectrick (Nicole Belwood) Clardy, Grandchildren Noah McBride, Jaiden McBride, Cole McBride, Damian Jimenez, Laila Clardy and Raelynn “aka Little girl the Boss” as her granddaddy would say. Siblings Frank (Judy) Clardy of Indianapolis, Sarah Clardy, Odell (Juliette) Clardy, Garnetta Esters, his Parents in love Kevin (Oddie Mae) Stewart, Sister-in-laws Penelope (James)Gordan, Cheryl (Charles) Hobbs, Pamela (Randall McAllister) Stewart, Brother n laws James (Alisha) Stewart, Derek Stewart, His Bonus grandchildren, D’Atra, Anesa, Cameron and Makayla Goebel, Heaven and Justice Sharp and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday August 28 from 9a.m. to 11a.m. with services starting at 11a.m. at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church 867 E Walnut St, Pastor Larry A. Rascoe, SR will officiate. Masks and social distancing are required.
