Jamaine Cortez Vaughans Jr., 23, Of Evansville, Indiana passed away on November 11,2025 in Evansville. Jamaine was born on July 17,2002 in Owensboro, KY to Jamaine Vaughans Sr. and Falisha McFarland and was later raised by his grandmother Valisa McFarland.

To know him was to love him. He enjoyed line dancing, basketball, and hanging with friends. Most importantly he loved being a father. He was a light in the dark and he never met someone he couldn’t make laugh. He was everyone’s friend, he was a father, a uncle, a twin, a brother, a son. He impacted many lives and will be missed, cherish his memory.

Jamaine is survived by his mother; Falisha McFarland, father; Jamaine Vaughans Sr., his children; Halo Vaughans, Zymir Vaughans, Za’Naezia Mann, Jamrya, Jakobi ,Jarya and Zaiaxahlis, siblings; Jamia Vaughans, Dymond Harris, Meshall McFarland, Jayce Vaughans , Juliet Vaughans, Jailynn Vaughans, Decory McFarland, other family; Clarence Outlaw, Cretha Vaughans, Jalisa Cason, Sara Ellington
