James (Jimmy) William Payne 65, passed on January 23, 2022, at his home in Evansville, Indiana. James born in Owensboro, Kentucky to James and Ada Payne Bell on June 30, 1956.
James was a very intellectual person. He liked to watch the news and other shows and would become so involved and a talk to television. He loved to attend church; He was a member of Watkins Temple COGIC. Some of his favorite past times was sitting back listening to music and singing and going on rides.
James is preceded in death by his parents, brother Ray Payne, sister Angela Howard.
He leaves his cherished memories to her children, son James Francisco Payne, daughter Adria Payne, brothers, Tony Bell, Robert Bell, James Bell Jr., Allen R. Johnson, and Mark Johnson, sisters Diana Washington, Eve Bell, Tina Bell, Lena Bell and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 10 to 11:00 am with funeral to follow at 11:00 am at Watkins Temple Church. Osborne has final care.
