Hannah Elizabeth Wilson (Hunter), 33, was born in Evansville, Indiana on Wednesday, August 28, 1991 to Tommie Anthony and Marsha Elaine Hunter (Singleton). She was called home by our Lord February 12, 2025 surrounded by her parents, husband and children.
From the beginning, Hannah was heavily involved in church and at an early age accepted Jesus Christ at Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church, cultivating lifelong friends and mentors along the way. She was heavily involved in Sunday School, Red Circle, the Junior Usher program, Childrens Choir, Camp Cedine and much more.
Hannah graduated from Benjamin Bosse High School in 2010. She attended the University of Southern Indiana and Ivy Tech, receiving a B.S. in Health Services in 2015 and a B.S. for Nursing in 2021. She was a practicing nurse at Ascension St. Vincent and later at Deaconess as well. Hannah had a great passion for healing and comforting others in their time of need.
In 2006 Hannah met her high school sweetheart William Wilson. On March 8th, 2011 they began their walk together as one. What followed was a beautiful 15 years of love, laughter and happiness. As a wife she loved to plan birthdays, gatherings, and trips for her family.
Hannah had a deep passion and a sense of pride in learning, helping others and achieving goals for herself and her loved ones. She loved crafting and budgeting and wanted to pass these joys to everyone she could, even starting a YouTube channel in hopes of sharing her knowledge with the masses. Hannah also developed a knack for gardening with the help of her loving mother and children.
Hannah is preceded in death by her grandparents, leaving with us the love of her life William, her children Gabrielle LeShay, Isabelle Marie and Jordan William, parents Tommie and Marsha Hunter, brothers Aaron Hunter (Mikayla) and Jonathan Holland, In-laws Frances and Jeff Stewart and granny Viginia Johnson, Sister-in- law Toccara (Billy) Wilson, Brother- in-law Joseph (Bethany) Wilson, and a host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
