Gevenia Elaine Stott "Vanna" born February 16, 1956 in Henderson, Ky. to Eugenia McFarland Robertson Vincent and Ira L Sott passed onto Glory September 14, 2021.
Gevenia accepted Christ at an early age at New Jerusalem Baptist Church. She attended the Henderson City School system. At the age of 21, she moved to Indianapolis, IN. She loved doing various activities with her grandchildren. She also loved her family, friends, shopping for bargains with her coupons, baking her mac & cheese (with the burnt edges that brothers Larry & Ira would argue over), lemon cake, buttermilk pies and most of all making chocolate chip cookies for her family and friends. She started a 30+ yr career with an entry level position, working her way up the ladder to her retirement position, as a supervisor at Zender Family partnerships.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, brothers Ronald Walker, Ira L Stott Jr. and sister Rita Stott.
She leaves to cherish her memories, A daughter; Stephanie Holman, step-son Uri Holman, 3 grandchildren; Sa'Dayia Holman, Christian Williams, Chrisette Williams and 4 step-grandchildren; Kiya Holman, Kemanni Holman, Uriah Holman, Tyson Holman and long term companion Steven E Holman. 7 Sisters; Marva Robertson (DeWayne), Theresa O'Neal (Calvin), Sister-in-law; Dianne Stott (Ira L Stott Jr.), Jacqueline Brown (Greg), Pamela Williams (Phillip), Vanessa Winters, Carol Horton. 7 Brothers; Christopher McFarland, Michael Robertson (Mildred), Gary Robertson Sr., Lawrence Robertson Sr., Larry Stott, Darian Stott, Carl Stott (Robin), an aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A walk-through visitation will be held Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. with a private family funeral to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Liberty Baptist Church. See our website for the full obituary at osbornefh.com. Masks are required. Osborne has final care,
