Frank in his early days proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was a quiet man who enjoyed fishing and being a handyman. Frank could fix just about anything he wanted to.
Frank was preceded in death by his sister; Agnes Hayes.
Frank is survived by his wife; Poinciana Hayes, son; Frank Hayes Jr, daughter; Paulette Clark, step children; Ryan Carrethers (Alicia), Meshelle Goines ( Byron), Ena Wanfield( Isaac), Anquay Barrett (Anthony), Laura Clark, Sharon D Stewart and Sandra Davis (Willie), brother; William Hayes, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
