Dudley “Buddy” Clifton Carter, 72 was born August 5, 1945 in Evansville, Indiana to Dudley Carter Sr and Ethel Lee Vickers Carter.
Dudley drove semi-trucks for 43 years. He enjoyed reading western books, watching western movies, and Nascar racing.
Dudley was preceded in death by his son Christopher Carter and wife Rose Wilson Carter
He is survived by daughters; Adrien (James) Chamberlain of Evansville, IN, Teri Carter of Antioch, TN., Teri Tidwell of Indianapolis, IN., sons Timothy Carter of Grandview, IN, Andrew and Anthony Carter both of Henderson, KY., daughter-in-law Monich Carter, Siblings; Louise (Butch) Milan, Pam Carter, Patricia Hamilton, Paul (Julie) Carter of Evansville, IN. Peggy Harris of Indianapolis, IN. 21 grandkids 6 great-grandkids.
Visitation will be Thursday 5 to 7pm at Osborne Funeral Home with funeral Friday 11:00a.m. at Memorial Baptist Church. Osborne has been entrusted with final care.
