Domesha Ja'Kaysha Scott

Domnesha Ja’Kaysha Scott, 32, passed unexpectly on Friday, July 4, 2025 in Whitley Co. Kentucky. Domnesha was born in Evansville, Indiana on May 17, 1993 to James Scott and LaDonna Johnson.

Domnesha attended Bosse High School. After graduating, she continued her education at the University of Indiana and received her Bachelor’s degree in Science. Domnesha enjoyed life. She spent the last moments of her life doing something she loved, hiking and adventuring in Cumberland Falls Park. Domenesha enjoyed being with her family and friends. She enjoyed going to her nephews games and cheering them on. You could always catch her with a fresh pair of shades on. She liked to dance, sing and driving around. Domnesha never met a stranger. She had been employed at Insomnia Cookies. Domnesha was taken from us too soon she will never be forgotten and will be greatly missed. Her numerous joyful memories will continue to live in our hearts.

Domnesha is preceded in death by her siblings, Deniko Scott and Vanessa Johnson. Grandmother, Marilyn Givens.

She leaves loving memories to her parents James Scott and LaDonna Johnson, brother, Domnick Johnson, Grandmother Virginia Al’Khayr, nephew, Zayden Scott, and best friend Brittney Kitchen, a host of extended family and friends
