David Charles Bonner

December 3, 2002 — April 21, 2021

David Charles Bonner born in Newburgh, IN December 3, 2002, sadly passed onto glory April 21, 2021. David was the beloved son of Kheoki and Billie (Sanders) Bonner.

David was a dedicated, hardworking member of Boom Squad Drumline. Which was his second home. David had a heart of gold and was a social butterfly. He loved God and was very grateful; he prayed before every meal. If David saw someone who he thought may need a meal, he would go earn money cutting grass and then go find the people he felt were in need and take them to buy a meal. David cared about the homeless, often time asking his mother to open their doors to help someone he may have met in his travels around the city. David walked everywhere, he met and made many friends during his journey.

David attended school in Evansville and was set to further his education. David had been excepted at Murray State University and Jackson State University, He had decided he wanted to go to Jackson State, because his mentor Mr. Verdelski Miller was an alumni. In spite of lifelong health challenges David lived his life to the fullest, always thinking of others first. His generous, loving spirit.

David is survived by his loving parents; Kheoki and Billie Bonner, brother; Johnathan Duncan, sisters; Cyporah Kirk and Gabriella Bonner, close friend Ariel, all of his loving, caring and supportive Boom Squad mothers, fathers, brothers and sisters as well as other family members and friends.

David was well loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Friends are invited to call Thursday from 2 to 4pm. A funeral service will begin at 4:00pm at Osborne Funeral Home.
