Known to most as Darron, to his family as Uncle Darron or Booty Mikal. He was and will forever be fondly remembered by those he laughed with. One of the things most may not have known about Darron, is that he was an extremely talented musician. He could tickle the ivorys as well as strum a bass guitar string, and beat a drum. He played in the band Chameleon when he was younger. He was an amazing person, everyone was a friend waiting to be made. He discovered and enjoyed social media and was able to stay in contact with family, friends and make new ones. He worked for Berry Plastics and Mead Johnson. He was an Evansville City bus driver, and a cross country truck driver. He loved his nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his mother, Paulina Bruin and longtime companion, Kanaya Yvette Gilmore. He is survived by his father, Kenneth L.Bruin (d. Paulina) his sisters, Kennette Skelton (Orlando) of West Windsor NJ, and Lisa (Kristina Jones)Bruin and brother, Orlando Paul Bruin and Sisters of the heart Lavonda Boyd and Lisa Davis and many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He will be missed.
