Darrel Wayne Westbrook

Darrel Wayne Westbrook born January 6, 1941 to the late Dan and Vannie Agnes Westbrook Sr. in Selmer, TN peacefully passed away January 20, 2020 while at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN.
Darrel attended Lincoln High School then proudly served in the U.S. Air Force in his early years. He later retired from Sterling Brewery.
Darrel was a lover of life and lived on his own terms. He loved listening to the Word of the Gospel. His passions were going to dog shows and attending the Frog Follies or just looking at any old school cars whenever he could. He was an active member of the Otis Stone American Legion Post 354 where he loved hanging out with his friends. Darrel was a great person who loved his family dearly. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Darrel is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Dan Westbrook Jr., sister; Patricia Faye Hillman (Charles Hillman).
Left to cherish his memories are brothers; Frederick (Vada) Westbrook, Frank Trice and Michael Trice, sisters; Linda Trice and Sue (Michael) Johnson, dear friend Lena Sherman and a host of nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday at 9 to 11:00am at Osborne Funeral Home with funeral to follow at 11:00. Osborne has been entrusted with final care.
