The years I spent with my sister Constance in my life was joy unspeakable and full of great memories. We laughed, cried but we never had a argument our whole lives, .She spent 30 years working in the Evansville Health Department , and her heart was big enough to offer individual attention to every person that walked into the Birth and Death Records department. Constance made a difference in the lives of many over the years, and her kindness and positivity will leave an unwavering legacy. You never saw my sister without a smile upon her face for you. All my life I only wanted a sister and God gave me not only a sister but a friend for life.
I know not only I will miss her but so will her children Jennifer Marie Alexander, Leon Maurice Alexander, DeVona Lynn (Alexander) Wallace, Constanza Gailean Smallings and Clyde Dewayne Smallings jr (wife Amanda) , she also adopted 3 of her grandchildren An'gel Desrie Morris, Mazio Morris and Kashia Morris. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her brother Warren Gregg Alexander (wife Glenda and me her sister Brenda Faye (Alexander, Leavell) Sears ( husband Billy Joe Sears. Constance has many cousins that are here from Chicago, IL , Minneapolis, MN and some here in Evansville who chose to come and pay their last respects to her by their presence. Our time of weeping is here now but we weep not as some without hope but with the hope that we will see her again on that great getting up morning.Goodbye for now sista we'll meet again in heaven as we always end our conversation love you sista.
