Clarence Edward Jamerson Jr., 81 passed away at 6:00am on Sunday March 20, 2022. He was born December 6, 1940 to Clarence Jamerson Sr. and Blanche Jamerson in Evansville, Indiana.
Clarence graduated from Lincoln High School Class of 1958, and entered the Air Force
MSG Clarence E. Jamerson Jr. USAF has four-year degree in Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics. His occupation was a flight engineer, has a certificate in Air Frame and Power Plant Mechanic Technician. He retired in 1980 after serving 22 years.
Sister Shirley Jamerson Tyler his caregiver for 20 years with love, we shared lot of stories, watch ball games, news and lot of game shows, listening to music he loved to talk with is nephews John Tyler go for rides shopping and whatever his needs would be, Jerald Tyler his barber he loved his hair cut and a shave. He loved his niece Tamara Tyler Finch who would make him laugh. He loved Albuquerque, New Mexico where he lived until his illness
His best friend, Paul Niles retired Air Central Pilot Paul never forgot Jamie as they call him, Paul never forgot birthdays, Christmas gifts, send cards, talks on phone, visit take Jamie for rides and out to eat, when he would come from New York to visit. Clarence was thrilled to have check out his friend Paul's private plane, that he flew to Evansville. A few days later with a big smile he saw him take off, what a thrill.
Jamie love to talk about his time in the service, he loved to talk about all kinds of planes inside out to no end of conversation, you had to listen, I had his sister never thought I would learn so much about planes he would break it down to you inside and outside the plane. Thanks brother with love, sister Shirley, Rest in Peace.
Clarence is preceded by death by his parents, his siblings, Raymond Jamerson Dorothy Sanders, James Green and Catherin Vandever. Also preceded in death nephew Jason Tyler.
He leaves memories to nieces, nephews, cousins.
A visitation will be held Saturday, April, 2nd from 10 to 11 am with funeral to follow at 11 am at Osborne Funeral Home.
