Mrs.Bettye Jean Graves McKenzie " Beth" 72, was born to Charles and Ceola Graves on May 10th, 1951 in Blytheville, Arkansas.
Beth went to be with the Lord on Aug. 26, 2023, with her daughter by her side peacefully at Tristar Skyline Medical Center of Nashville, TN. Beth was the life of the party, and also very outspoken, she was loving, caring, and a praying woman who would help anyone in need she wasn't only a mother to her children she was a mother to anyone she came across, she was loved by everyone, that knew her. Beth started her walk with the Lord at an early age and accepted Christ at Alexander A.M.E Church, later in life she joined Liberty Baptist Church where she was active in the choir, she was also on the Mother's Board at Eastview Baptist Church until she moved to Nashville, TN. Beth graduated from Central High School, She worked at Zennth for 10 years, after she went on to pursue her career in cosmetology at Tristate Beauty College. Beth had many talents and loved crocheting, going to bingo, and going to the Goodwill at St. Vincent De Paul, She also loved going to bible study at the Potter's Wheel and cooking for her family, she loved her family and would do anything for them. She had the brightest smile that would light up any room she walked in, she will truly be missed.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Lee Rodgers McKenzie, parents Charles Irvine Graves And Ceola Graves, Mother in law Baby Ray Thomas, Grandparents Will and Earsley Northern, Nephew Rahmon Graves, and Uncle Ronnie Hardin. She leaves to cherish her beautiful children
