Barbara Jean Shields 67, of Henderson, KY born March 15, 1950 in Athens, GA to Gladys Mitchell-Smith passed away March 11, 2017 while at Methodist Hospital in Henderson KY.
Barbara is survived by her children; Anthony C Shields, Calvin T(Jeanette) Shields, and Krystal L Shields as well as other extended family members and friends.
A private service will be held. Osborne has been entrusted with final care.
