Andrew Edward Hunt

Andrew Edward Hunt, 76, left his earthly home on December 13, 2025, in Evansville, IN at Deaconess Hospital . Andrew was born in Logan ,West Virginia to George Hunt and Mary Dean-Hunt.

Andrew was always full of joy and always made those around him laugh , he was a nice and caring man.

 Andrew had worked various jobs over the years and he retired from The University of Evansville as a custodian for many years.

Andrew was a faithful member of Progressive Holy Temple.

At the church he was a member of the Men's Chorus, The Usher Borad and one of the church custodians, who kept the church floors flawless. Andrew was a good man and a man of God .When Andrew came to the Lord, he immersed himself in learning God’s word he loved to read the bible and his Christianity; he would share what he learned with everyone he encountered. He would leave a smile on your face every time you met him.

Andrew also loved martial arts, he watched martial arts movies in his free time, he always told his family that a one day he would be a Kung fu expert.

Andrew is preceded in death by father; George Hunt, son; Jamal Harper, - brother George Hunt and sister Early Martin.

Andrew leaves to cherish many great memories; his mother ;Mary Dean, daughter ; Aledra Hunt, sister; Betty Day, granddaughters; Secret Allen and Kanaje' Allen .
