Alfred Carter Thomas Jr. was born January 15, 1960 to Ethel Mae Thomas and Alfred Thomas Sr. in Evansville, Indiana. Alfred went into the Air Force after finishing school at North High School, while in the Air Force, Alfred became a Security Specialist for 4 years. He obtained a good conduct medal. A longevity service ribbon and the training ribbon with an honorable discharge.

Alfred married Mary Ann Jackson, January 13, 1981. They were married for 45 years. Alfred and Mary have 4 children and 16 grandchildren. Alfred was a good daddy, excellent husband and a caring grandfather(Paw Paw).

Alfred worked at Allied Security at the truck gate. Alfred loved cracking jokes and helping anyone he could at the truck gate. Alfred was respected and gave much respect for all he worked with during his time at the truck gate.

Him and his wife dutifully attended Arena of Faith with Senior Pastor Earl Carter and Pastor Cerita Carter for 10 plus years.

Alfred love fishing, lawn care, reading books, bowling spending time with his family and dog Max.

On May 2, 2026, Alfred was called home to heaven's gates. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ethel Mae Thomas, brother Michael W. Thomas, sisters Pamela K Thomas and Ethel M Thomas Jr. ,brother Andrew L. Thomas Jr., his daughter Tebitha, M. Thomas, and his grandson “Tink”

Left to cherish his memories; brothers, John Thomas (Arethena) George Thomas, sisters; Thelma, a Pullom, Carolyn M Graves, Cheryl A Knuckles and father; Alfred C. Thomas Sr. ,his aunts, uncles ,nieces and nephews. His children Alfred C Thomas III, Takiyah R. Thomas, Donta Thomas and fifteen grandchildren, three great granddaughters, along with a host of cousins.

His loving wife, Mary Ann Thomas will always cherish all the years and memories they made together
