Aaliyah Rene Foster, a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, born October 24, 1994, entered the loving presence of God on October 20, 2025, in McCordsville, Indiana.
In her younger years, Aaliyah was an All-Star Cheerleader, traveling across the South and Midwest and winning national championships along the way. Her energy, determination, and spirit inspired everyone who knew her. She graduated from Harrison High School in 2013, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, passion, and leadership. Her caring heart reached far beyond cheerleading. At Acadia Behavioral Health, Aaliyah was known for her compassion and dedication to helping others.
She loved learning new things, from changing a tire to replacing windshield wipers, and approached every challenge with confidence and a fearless spirit. Aaliyah accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Schaeffer Road Church of Christ in Marietta, Georgia. Her faith guided her every step, inspiring those around her to be strong, hopeful, and loving . Family was at the center of Aaliyah’s life. She loved celebrating holidays with her mother, Faye Suggs, and her family, creating memories filled with laughter, food, and love. Her big brother called her "Lili", and all the Siblings called her "Sister", a name that perfectly reflected her role as the heart of the family, nurturing, joyful, and loyal. Aaliyah leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, strength, and kindness.
She is survived by her mother, Faye Suggs; her brothers, Aaron Norman, Isaac Suggs-Tillman, Darryl Jones & her brother-in-love, Vidal Goodman. Her beloved Cavachon, Snowball, many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Osborne Funeral Home, where family and friends will gather to honor Aaliyah’s spirit, share memories, and celebrate the wonderful life she lived. Aaliyah touched the lives of everyone she met. Her laughter, love, and joy will never be forgotten
