Paul Andrew Outlaw Jr

March 23, 1951 — April 8, 2025

Paul Andrew Outlaw Jr. was born on March 23, 1951 in Evansville, Indiana. He was the second of seven children that blessed the union of Paul Andrew Outlaw, Sr. and Ruth Louise Howard Outlaw. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Gary Outlaw, Phillip Outlaw and Virgil Outlaw, sister-in-law Deanna Outlaw, niece Andrea Outlaw- Sanders.

Paul along with brother and sisters grew up on their family farm on the Westside of Evansville. At the age of 10, he taught himself how to drive a tractor. Paul was baptized and became a member of Dove Chapel Baptist Church at an early age. He is currently a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Paul graduated from F.J. Reitz High School. After graduation he attended Purdue University. He enlisted in United States Air Force. He served 4 years in the Air Force and achieved the rank of Sergeant and was Defensive Fire Control Systems Mechanic. He retired as an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker (IBEW) Local Union #16

Paul departed this life peacefully on April 8, 2025, surrounded by his family. He enjoyed fishing hunting, boating, watching the History channel, Space channel, Weather channel, Star Trek, and MSNBC . He was a Barbecue Grill Master.

Paul is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Outlaw; son Allan Howard Outlaw, daughter Joshiekka Louise(Joshua) Towns, grandchildren Dorian(Kayla)Outlaw, Devyn Johnston, Trevor Outlaw, Camden Outlaw, Joshua Town II, and Madeleine Towns, great grandchildren, Sevyn, Quincy, brother Henry(Connie) Outlaw, sisters Vera( Eddie) Johnson, and Terri ( Maurice), sister-in-law Anna Outlaw, Gloria Outlaw, brother-in-law Will Tinner , Sr. Dr. Bobby Tinner (Belinda), and sister-in-law Charlene Tinner, a special niece, Jessica Outlaw and Aunt June Johnson of Indianapolis, Indiana and a host of nieces, nephews and many family members and friends in Indiana, Georgia, Wisconsin, California, and Mississippi, who loved him dearly

Paul is gone in presence and we can take comfort in knowing that he left a part of himself in all of us with his lively spirit. He resting with the Lord, and watching over us as we continue his legacy.
